The adrenaline rush you get when you step onto the floor.
The unexplainable feeling when you finish that one perfect routine, that overwrites the tears and frustration leading to it.
The death glares of the competetitors, willing eachother to screw up.
The pain of being stretched.
The frustration of dropping apparatus.
Those trainings where everything go wrong.
Those trainings where you just have fun.
A new routine, or a change of music.
The feeling you get when you walk into the gym.
Those last precious trainings before a competition.
The way you would protect your apparatus with your life.
A new leotard.
The ballet.
The compliments you get for being dedicated to your sport.
The aches the morning after a hard training session.
Sore feet and cracking toes.
Wearing your hair in a tight bun for a reason.
The endless running.
The fun you have at a competition.
Being cheered for.
Being able to juggle schoolwork and training.
The feeling of being part of a family.
The love for your coach.
Being inspired when you watch those montages on YouTube.
Trying to get your split leap like Bessonova’s.
Missing special occasions because you have to go to training.
Feeling at home when you’re in the gym.
The sense of support around you.
The way nobody judges you because everyone is going though the same thing.
When your coach tells you after 8 years that they’re proud of you.

There are no words to describes a gymnast’s love for Rhythmic Gymnastics. You really only begin to appreciate it, when you are slowing down, and realising that you have lived and breathed this sport for most of your life. I don’t think I will ever find something I can love or appreciate as much as I do for Rhythmic Gymnastics.

It's " Scuba Diving "

omg!! my eyebrow make me look so weird loh~

Now we are taking the scuba diving lesson, and next weekend we will be going to Lang Tengah island to do our qualification in open water *damn excited*

The reason that make us wanted to take scuba diving lesson is because last time during our vacations we just get to do snorkeling, can't get enough to see all the living things under the sea... so... now we can even get close to them and see more interesting creature/fishes/corals.

Wish us luck !

Hope that we can pass the open water test La ! *pray hard*

25th Dec 2010 : MeRrY ChRiStMaS...

Had a wonderful and fun night @ B - 8 - 4 , we celebrate christmas at our house. Every 1 have to bring at least 1 dish that they prepared at home, so end up too much food for that night and can't even finish up all... Xiao li sis bring her friends from Taiwan to join us as well :)

We played some cards games and the loser have to drink the drinks that we prepared ( red wine + beer + coke = puke!!! ) the looks of that drinks doesn't look good at all (x.x)

We also had christmas present exchange session XD *LOL* Damn funny... each of us have to prepare a present max RM30 so every 1 get their very special present. There are chocolates, bodyshop merchandise, skin care, deco light, ceramic cup, termo flush, photo frame, soft toys, cute water container, cabinet, chicken essence and a buddhist booklet XD ; the last three present is like so so so... special!

Today is our big big day ! *happy + excited* It is our Graphic & Illustration diploma show at MIA. We have been busying to prepare for this diploma show for 1month already. Last night we stayed at MIA from 8am till 11pm *x.x* but very happy because can gather with my classmates *love you guys* whenever i be with them i have no stress and can be just crazy as i can be *haha*
our show goes quite well though XD *feel proud of ourselves*

Yesterday was my Convocation ceremony... Bye bye MIA (malaysian institute of art) :)

Mum & Dad came down on Friday night. So happy that they can attend my convocation *love you guys!* During the ceremony kinda sleepy though *Zzzzz...* Thanks to the speech that they gave, so boring... Took some pictures with my friends after the ceremony *happy* after that we when to Genting Klang's Face to Face pan mee restaurant to had our breakfast+lunch. When home had some rest then went out to studio to take my convocation pictures with my family. After dinner mum & dad went back to Penang *sad* will see them again these coming Saturday *yeay!* me going back to Penang for holiday for 1week :) miss my home & the doggies !

This coming Sunday is our convocation day *hoooray! at last...* Mum and Dad is coming down to Kuala Lumpur to attend my convocation ceremony. Feels very happy because Dad close his shop for 1 day to come and celebrate with me, usually he won't close his shop for any occasions except chinese new year lah~ So happy that he did it for ME !!! Love you daddy & mummy too...XD

The following week will be the opening of our diploma show on the 12th of November. Hope every one will enjoy and appreciate our work, we put alot of effort in it to make this show happens.

Got bruises on my shoulder and feet after today's dance rehearsal... so painful !! >.<

Long time didn't get bruise on me already... =.=" *crazy girl*

Last time when i'm still in the national squat, always get bruises from the apparatus that hit me or doing some skills that hit on the floor.

(p/s: i really miss those training days... miss it very badly though...)

Final Assessment

Final presentation goes quite okay, abit 'kan jiong' present like taking train talk too fast. *100% pass* but (A/B/C) still not sure... A is definitely NO ! LOL ! I'm quite satisfied with my work, but need to improve alot lot more... Alot of things i still need to learn and experience it.

Now need to rush work for web design assessment next Thursday and need to panic once more for Graphic external assessment presentation on Saturday. *god bless me !*

Had lunch at 1U today.
The whole complex 95% is Chinese !! :)

Most of the branded store also not open...

Every restaurent is so full with people. So we choose a Taiwanese restaurent " Xian Ding Wei " is the name of the restaurent. The food there quite nice tho better then the Gardens that Taiwanese restaurent lo :)

This what I ate. A braise pork rice and a plate of vege :)

Darling waiting for his food :) it took quite long for his food to beserve. Poor guy ~ he already straving...

After lunch we when back to Seremban.
